Moving onto the lobster dip recipe
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
You’ll want to prepare all your ingredients. Take your medium onion and dice it, mince your garlic, and chop your lobster meat.
Next we’ll melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Add in the onion and cook for around 4 to 6 minutes until softened. You’ll then add in your salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic and paprika and cook for another minute or so stirring in all the ingredients.
Remove the saucepan from heat and juice the lemon into the mixture, and add in the cream cheese. Stir until completely combined. Gently stir in your lobster meat.
Transfer mixture to a small baking dish, sprinkle some cheddar on top and bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling around the edges. Remove from heat and serve.
That’s all you need for the perfect lobster dip! This is a simple, easy recipe that’s great for any skill level chef. You can serve with raw bell peppers, sliced baguette, potato chips, crackers, or anything else that might go well with dipping. If you’re like us you might just dig in with a spoon!
